Sprinkle salt over the pork. Beat the eggs, flour, and soya sauce. Coat meat with batter and deep fry until deep brown. In a saucepan bring the brown sugar, vinegar, water, and ketchup to a boil. Thicken with corn starch. Add fried meat and simmer until meat is tender. This pork recipe serves 4 to 5.
Arrange the spareribs in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. uncovered for 1 hour, or until almost done. Pour off the fat. Combine the beef broth, mincemeat, vinegar, and cornstarch and pour over the ribs. Bake for another hour, or until done. Stir lightly occasionally. Serve with plain or fried rice. This pork recipe serves 6.
Place the ribs in a casserole dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven and drain the fat. In a bowl mix the water, brown sugar, flour, sage, and vinegar. Pour this mixture over the ribs. Peel, core, and slice the apple and place the slices over the ribs. Add raisins. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F. for another 35 minutes or until the ribs are done. This pork recipe will serve 5 to 6.
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Brush the ribs with 1/2 the melted butter and place in a skillet. Season well. Fry for 15 to 20 minutes turning once or twice. After 10 minutes lower the heat. Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the remaining melted butter and fry until the onion is tender. Add the tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, herbs, sugar, and seasoning. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour over pork ribs and serve. This pork recipe serves 6.
Cut the pork into 1-inch cubes. Coat with flour and seasoning. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the garlic and pork and fry until lightly browned on all sides. Reduce the heat and add the apple, pineapple, green and red peppers. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until tender. In a saucepan mix the cornflour, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chicken stock, and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is clear, stirring continuously. Pour over meat. Serve with rice. This pork recipe serves 4-6.
