Mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, water, and soup mix thoroughly. Place into a meatloaf pan and cover with bacon. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour. This meatloaf recipe will serve 4 to 6.
Drain the mushroom and reserve broth. Saute the mushrooms and onion in butter until the onion is transparent. Combine the mushrooms and onions with bread crumbs, thyme, and parsley. In a separate bowl mix together ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mushroom broth. Place half of the meat mixture into a loaf pan. Pack the stuffing on top and then the remainder of the meat. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand for 15 minutes, drain juices, and serve. This meatloaf recipe will serve 8.
In a bowl beat together the eggs, 3 tablespoons mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper. Add onion, milk-rolled oats, and meat. Mix well. Form into 6 oblong loaves and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375-degree F. oven for 15 minutes. While the loaves are cooking combine the ketchup, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Stir constantly while bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and baste loaves with half of the sauce. Return the loaves to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Baste again with the remaining sauce and then cook for an additional 10 minutes. This meatloaf recipe serves 6.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well. Place mixture into a meatloaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/4 hours. This meatloaf recipe will serve 4.

Combine the tomato sauce and barbecue sauce in a saucepan and simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine meat, garlic powder, pepper, allspice, Worcestershire sauce, oats, tomato soup, chili sauce, sour cream, onions, egg whites, and parsley. Mix well and form into an 8x4x3 inch loaf. Place loaf in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with heavy foil. Chill for 1 hour and then allow to come back to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Drain juice from the pan. Pour the sauce over the top of the meatloaf and bake uncovered for an additional 1/2 hour or until the meatloaf is dark brown. Turn off the oven and allow the meatloaf to stand in the oven with the door open for 10 minutes. This meatloaf recipe will serve 8.
