Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and add seasonings, Worcestershire, and sherry. Beat well. Add meat and blend well, then mix in scallions and cheese, mixing well. Place in an oiled meatloaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, beaten egg, and, if desired, chopped onion. Place frozen broccoli in a very large mixing bowl and break up the pieces. Pour the soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of the broccoli and mix well. Add pimento and cheese, and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top of the casserole using a spatula. Sprinkle lightly with paprika plus salt & pepper if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot.
Yield: 6-8 Servings
Flatten chicken breasts to about 1/3" thick. Place ham on the breast and cover with about 1/2 oz of bleu or swiss cheese. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Dip each roll into a mixture of the melted butter and egg. Roll in Parmesan cheese and place in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender.
Serves 4 with less than 1 gram per serving.
Drain oysters, reserving liquor. Rinse with a cup of cold water through a sieve and reserve this water also. Combine with liquor. Chop oysters into uniform, rather small pieces. Scald cream over low heat with onion and mace. Set aside and let stand for 15 min. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan and add flour. Blend but do not brown. Remove the onion and mace from the cream. Slowly stir cream into the flour mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened. Add the oyster liquor and cook for 5 min. Add a few spoonfuls of the hot cream to the beaten yolks. Blend. Pour slowly into the soup and cook for 3 to 4 min. Add the oysters and cook for 5 min longer. Season to taste with salt and cayenne.
Melt margarine in a small skillet and add spices. Put the sauce in a plastic bag and add wings. Shake, until all wings are covered with sauce, then place on a grill pan and bake for 1/2 hour at 350F.
