1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 bag Gluten Free Pantry Nice ‘n’ Spicy Cake Mix
1 cup canned squash or pumpkin
½ cup milk
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup toasted chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 9-x-13-inch pan. Beat softened butter until fluffy. Add cake mix and beat until the mixture is crumbly. Combine eggs and milk and beat into the cake mixture. Fold in squash and nuts. Spread into prepared pan.
Topping:
Combine topping ingredients and crumble over the batter. Bake for 23-25 minutes. This gluten-free recipe serves 12.
Cook the above ingredients until tender. Mash (do not drain). Add 1 1/2 cups cauliflower in small florets, and steam for 5 min. Prepare white sauce as follows:
Bring ingredients to a boil and stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Fold into soup. Garnish with parsley and serve.
This gluten-free recipe serves 4.
Sauce:
Combine the ingredients for the meatloaf. Place into a loaf pan or dish. Bake at 350 degrees. While this is baking, combine the ingredients for the sauce. Pour sauce over meatloaf and continue baking for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
This gluten-free recipe serves 4 to 6.
On the pizza crust, spread a layer of dressing. Layer the vegetables in any order. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 300 degrees oven until the crust is golden. This gluten-free recipe would make a great lunch even for the kids.
